To make an order and receive product(s) (“Order”), you can make a one-time purchase of product(s) available on this Website (“One-time Purchase”), you can register for a subscription service to receive product on a schedule you designate (“Subscription Shave Plan”), or you can register for a free trial (“Free Trial”, please see Free Trial for more details). For clarity, making a One-time Purchase, registering for a Subscription Shave Plan and/or registering for a Free Trial are included in the Services defined in this Agreement.

Placing an Order

The Services described on this Website are available only for purchase and use in the United States. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable laws and regulations with respect to the purchase, possession and use of any product or Service ordered via the Website. To use any of the Services, including making a purchase, you must have a legal residence in one of the 50 states of the Unites States of America or the District of Columbia.

You may only use the Services if, and you hereby represent and warrant that, you are 18 years of age or older.

All Orders placed are subject to additional credit verification. We may also require additional verifications or information before shipping any Order. This Website only accepts Orders from individuals who intend to use the products and Services for individual use. This Website does not accept Orders from dealers, resellers, brokers, retailers, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell items offered on the Website. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of items that can be purchased. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed online once they are submitted. Pricing and Availability

All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice, up until the Order is completed and confirmed. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate information on pricing and availability. If you have a Subscription Shave Plan, we will email you in advance of charging a higher price for any items for which you are subscribed to receive on an ongoing basis.

In addition, some of the items on our Website may no longer be available or priced incorrectly at the time you place your order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel any Orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we may cancel your Order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.

If an item you have ordered is not available because it is temporarily out of stock, we will handle the issue as described in our Backorder Policy (see below). If we do not believe that we will be able to fill your Order at any time (such as, for example, if the product has been discontinued), we will notify you of the same by email and we will cancel your order for that item.

We do not guarantee the availability or pricing of any item purchased through a third party retailer linked to the Website or otherwise.

Shipping Policy

Orders will only be shipped to street addresses and P.O. boxes within the 50 states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your Order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the Order to you once it is shipped. You may receive shipments in separate boxes.

We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice. Risk of loss for any order passes to you when the Order is duly tendered to the carrier of our choice.

Shipping and handling costs (S&H) will vary depending on the number of items and weight of your Order and the type and speed of shipment you select from the options presented to you. Shipping options and costs are posted on the order page.

Backorder Policy

Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock. If any item in your Order is out of stock and we will be unable to ship it to you within 30 days of the date of your Order, we will notify you of the delay via email, and you will have the opportunity to cancel the Order and receive a refund, if applicable, if you wish by following the directions specified in the notice. If the item remains out of stock for a period of 60 days from the date of your Order, we will cancel the Order for the item and you will receive a refund, if applicable, unless you request that we keep the Order open and fill it later. If you receive a cancellation notification and would like us to keep the Order open, please contact us by following the directions specified in the email cancellation notification.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds

All Schick Hydro® and Schick Hydro Connect products come with our Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Center at 800-503-0125 for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling (S&H). Any refund requests must be made within 30 days of date of purchase and the product must have been purchased from SchickHydro.com. Our Money-Back Guarantee refund will be based upon the price paid at the time of purchase, less shipping and handling (S&H). Please have available your Order Number, Name, Address and a description of the reason for the call.

We do not accept returns. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your experience for any reason, please contact our Customer Services Center at 800-503-0125 and we’ll be happy to help.

Subscription Shave Plan Program

Our Subscription Shave Plan is a subscription program that offers the convenience of automatically receiving products you select right on a schedule you set. We may also offer discounts and other promotions such as free shipping on items available for subscription. Subscription discounts and other promotions will be displayed at the time of subscription sign-up.

The final cost of each subscription Order may vary. The final cost of each subscription Order will be the cost of the item on the day we send you an email notice confirming your subscription order plus sales tax, if any. Applicable discounts or promotions in effect at the time we confirm the price of your subscription order will be applied to your order.

Your subscription will remain in effect until you cancel and the card you use when you sign up for a subscription will continue to be automatically charged on the schedule you select for product shipments unless and until you cancel your subscription. If that card is no longer available (e.g., if it has expired) we will bill any other card that you have saved in your Account or inform you via email that you must add a new card to your Account before your subscription can be shipped.

You may cancel your upcoming Subscription Shave Plan at any time; however, a cancellation needs to be made at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for your next shipment. Such cancellation will apply on a going-forward basis and any charges already made to your card at the time of cancellation are non-refundable.

You can also add a new address and/or preferred card at any time by calling our Customer Services Center at 800-503-0125 or by logging onto My Account; such changes will apply on a going-forward basis.

Your first shipment of each subscription Order you place will be processed immediately after you sign up. The billing and shipping addresses chosen for your initial Order will be saved in your account and used on all future orders.

For recurring shipments on subscription, we will send you email reminders of any modifications to the item's price or stock. You will have a chance to review and make changes to your subscription at any time, but changes need to be made at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for your next shipment. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has left the warehouse.

If any problems arise with the credit or debit card associated with your subscription Order, or if any problems arise with processing your Order, we will notify you via email using the address associated with your Account requesting that you resolve the problem. No additional Orders will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved.

In the unlikely event that a subscription item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will notify you of the delay via email using the address associated with your Account. We may contact you via email using the address associated with your Account during this period to determine if there is an appropriate substitute for the item.

If a subscription item is no longer available, we will notify you via email using the address associated with your Account and automatically cancel your subscription for that item. No additional Orders associated with that subscription will be placed. We may contact you via email using the address associated with your Account to determine if there is an appropriate substitute for the item that is no longer available and assist you in setting up a new subscription.

How do your Subscription Shave Plans work?

We designed our Subscription Shave Plans to be an easy and convenient way to get Razors and refills. When you sign up for a Subscription Shave Plan, you get free shipping and handling on all your shipments associated with your subscription. Other items not associated with your Subscription Shave Plan that are ordered through a One-time Purchase are not eligible for free shipping and handling except as noted.

Plus you can cancel anytime, right from the My Account page. (Previously shipped orders are not eligible for refunds.) A cancellation of your Account needs to be made at least 2 business days prior to your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for your next shipment. Any charges already made to your card at the time of cancellation are non-refundable.

How do I choose the right Razor or refill for me?

How often do you send refills?

That’s up to you—pick the frequency of Subscription Shave Plan shipments based on your shaving habits. You can choose to get your orders anywhere from every 1 to 9 months. Each shipment will be shipped within 1-3 business days following our receipt of your order.

How often should I replace my refill?

How often you replace your refills is a matter of personal preference, based on beard growth and how often you shave. As a general rule, we recommend replacing your refill once a month.

What if I find I’m getting too many/not enough refills?

It’s easy to customize your Subscription Shave Plan—change the quantity or frequency of your order anytime by calling our Customer Service Center at 800-503-0125. What are the Subscription Shave Plan details and cancellation instructions?

About one week before your Subscription Shave Plan shipment is ready to ship, you’ll receive a reminder email. You can cancel your Subscription Shave Plan at any time; however, a cancellation needs to be made at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for your next shipment. Simply go to the My Account page, select your Shave Plan under Order History, and click “Cancel.”

I can’t log in or I forgot my password. Now what?

You can reset your password from the My Account page. Just click on the link that says “Forgot Password?” and we’ll send instructions to the email address that’s connected to your Account. If you have other problems with your Account, please contact our Customer Service Center at 800-503-0125.

Is there a purchase limit on Orders?

You can purchase up to 5 items in a single One-time Purchase. You may always purchase more items by creating a separate Order. Shipping and handling costs will vary depending on the number of items and weight of your Order and the type and speed of shipment you select from the options presented to you. Shipping options and costs are posted on the Order page.

Subscription Shave Plans can only be ordered one at a time. If you would like more than one Subscription Shave Plan, simply create a separate Order.

Where do you ship?

We ship to street addresses and P.O. boxes within the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia. We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

How much is shipping?

If you’re enrolled in a Subscription Shave Plan, shipping and handling is free on every shipment associated with your subscription. If you choose to receive a free Schick Hydro® Razor with your subscription, you will pay $3.00 shipping and handling only for the first free razor. After that, for your subsequent subscriptions, your shipping and handling will be free!

Other items not associated with your Subscription Shave Plan that are ordered through a One-time Purchase are not eligible for free shipping and handling except as noted. Shipping and handling costs will vary depending on the number of items and weight of your Order and the type and speed of shipment you select from the options presented to you. Can I change or cancel my Order?

Your Current Order: Once you submit your Order, it’s on its way to you and cannot be cancelled. If you have any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service Center at 800-503-0125.

Your Upcoming Subscription Shave Plan Order: You may cancel your upcoming Subscription Shave Plan at any time; however, a cancellation needs to be made at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for your next shipment (we will send you a reminder email about a week before shipping). Such cancellation will apply on a going-forward basis and any charges already made to your card at the time of cancellation are non-refundable. Visit the My Account page to cancel your subscription.
